So this is the make over that I did of myself.
I personally think its a bad picture but anyways. I started by messing with the different protocols until I liked what I saw. then used the channel mixer to make it a monchrome/grayscale. I then spot healed and clone stamped used the surface blur then saved as a jpeg easy as that :)
